Family law disputes can be a long, drawn-out process. The longer it takes to settle, the more opportunity there is for you and your family to suffer more emotional and financial hardships. Instead of pursuing family law solutions through lengthy litigation, mediation offers spouses and parents another method of settling their family law issues on their own terms that is both swift and efficient.
Mediation is a service I offer my clients, as the alternative to a lengthy divorce proceeding. I can help you to reach the resolution you are looking for in your family law matters. In this capacity, I serve as a neutral, though the level of dedication, skill, and compassion clients need remains unchanged.
I understand how difficult these matters can be, and I want to help you secure a result that is right for you. Through mediation, I can help you settle your family law disputes by providing information that will allow you and the other party to come to an agreeable outcome that everyone can be satisfied with.
Conciliation as Another Dispute Alternative
As a trained conciliator, I work with both parties to provide solutions toward realizing goals. Conciliation allows clients a private and informal process for more amicably working through an issue, which requires a third party to help them negotiate a mutually acceptable outcome, while ensuring that emotions do not escalate.
My goal as your mediator or conciliator is to help you quickly resolve your family law issues in a manner that best reflects your interests. Occasionally that means I work with clients whose cases are in mediation or conciliation, and who need me to review their agreement as an outside consultant.
Mediation offers an opportunity to save time and energy to settle divorces, contempt, and modification matters that involve issues such as:
· Parenting plans
· Property division
· Child Support/Alimony
